Q: What is involved in Window Washing?
   A: You can choose to have your windows washed inside and outside or outside only.  We come to your house wash/detail every window leaving no streaks or spots and celan every screen, putting back the screen after it is dry. We always wear medical booties when in a home and we make sure our ladders do not damage any landscape or grass around the home.

Q: What is Pressure Cleaning?
   A: Pressure Cleaning also know as Power Washing, is the growing application of high pressure water spray. Produced by specially designed pumps, this spray is a hundred times more powerful than the typical garden hose. On concrete it is used to remove unsightly mold, bubble gum, and other dirt stains. Wooden decks are returned to the look of new wood, void of graying and fatigued finishes. And on houses, the appearance of siding (namely aluminum and vinyl) is greatly improved by removing pollution, mildew, and other signs of neglect.

Q: Will your services damage my lawn and shrubbery?
A: No. We do not use any detergents that will cause any plants or lawn damage. In addition we take extra care with our hoses not to let them damage flowers, shrubs, etc. Our mission is to always leave a place better than we found it.

Q. I want my house to stay looking clean and fresh,
will you send me a reminder notice about your cleaning services?
A. Yes, all of our regular customers are on our reminder list. We recommend keeping your property clean rather than waiting until the mold buildup is unsightly.

Q. Does East Coast have insurance?
A. Yes, we have Liability and Personal Property Damage Insurance coverage in case we do any damage to your property, and we also carry Workman's Compensation Insurance in case a worker is injured
