Grout & Tile Cleaning
Ceramic tiles are deep cleaned by special floor machines equipped with heavy duty scrubbers/ brushes. Grout can be sealed either with a clear sealer or stained to the original color with an epoxy stain
• Grout Staining and Sealing
When redecorating, we often change the colors of our walls and carpets. Replacing the tile or marble is often out of the question due to cost. But you can change the personality of your floors by changing the color of the grout.
Over time, your floors endure extremes above and beyond other surfaces, such as: Your floors have endured years of use or cleaning with caustic chemicals or improper methods. Oftentimes, your floors are the subject of:

• Mexican Tile Strip & Seal

Since the grout lines are traditionally wider, they are more susceptible to the elements that make them hard to upkeep. • Marble Polishing and Restoration
Our marble and stone restorations consist of stripping polish, diamond grinding, filling holes and and re sealing. In addition, we polish and seal countertops, and re-grout marble showers and floors. Our Services Include:
• Maintenance of saturnia, terrazzo, marble, limestone and granite.
• We diamond grind and hone to bring back the original luster. The floor is then sealed with an impregnator. The result can be shiny or dull depending on the preference.
• On marble showers, the walls and floors are stripped of calcium and lime deposits, and then they are polished and sealed.
• Shower Restoration & Repairs
These are the kind of repairs most people turn their backs to and ignore. Let's face it, these are the most prominent and most annoying areas to deal with. Why let it rest on your shoulders, when Universal Tile can step in and save the day!
Shower repairs include full restoration, cleaning, re-grouting, caulking and removing mold mildew and calcium from your shower. We will also seal the shower to prevent leaking.
• Re-grouting & Re-caulking
Due to age, manufacturer, installation or use, tile can require re-grouting and re-caulking on a periodic basis. While grout that has worn away over time may give a visual indication of degradation, caulking can peel away from the surface and leave hidden gaps. These gaps may introduce moisture (in the case of a shower or bath area) and become a breeding ground for mold, or a precursor to "soft wall syndrome," where the gypsum in the wallboard becomes soft and begins to disintegrate. Don't depend on the fact that you may have new construction that your caulk is safe. New caulk tends to shrink in it's beginning months and may expose sensitive areas to moisture and mold.
